A Happy Healthy Day of Eating #7

With our second house move in two months, the pain inducing ‘monthly visitor’ (still working on natural remedies or cures for this – I will let you know when I come up with anything ) and general empty  food cupboard syndrome this day of eating is rather sparse – but pretty resourceful as I managed to make several meals from pretty much nothing. Just goes to show healthy eating doesn’t need to hard just imaginative!

On Waking: Luke warm chamomile tea – lots of it.

Breakfast: 2 eggs with runny yolk and loads of fried onions (2 helpings), sauerkraut and onion chutney.


The Breakfast of Kings

Peppermint and chamomile tea.

Lunch: Kefir Smoothie – made from a ripe banana, linseeds, desiccated coconut, some ginger and lots of kefir.


Sardine ‘Pizza’

Dinner: Sardine Omelette – a total risky ‘the only thing in the cupboard’ made up recipe but actually very tasty and looked like a pizza! Along with some steam carrots and peas with butter. Followed with a Soured Chocolate Cupcake and cups of tea!
