Welcome to my first podcast episode!

Happy Health Chat is a new podcast channel started by myself and the wonderful Laura Agar Wilson at wholeheartedlyhealthy.com.  As fellow health coaches, recipe creators and bloggers we thought it would be fun to start a channel that answers your questions, that fits around a busy lifestyle and helps you create the health and life you love. We don’t all have time to read screed of blog posts  (me ramble – never!) but we  often have time to listen while we are on the go. I know for me that listening to podcast is brilliant when in the car, at gym, or cooking tea – busy people can be healthy!

Plus with itunes is so simple to get out latest episode straight on your phone by just subscribing to our channel – do that here!

Our official chat is: ‘Happy Healthy Chat is all about helping you be as happy and healthy as can be. Health Coaches Kezia Hall and Laura Agar Wilson spend time sharing their food, beauty, exercise and wellness wisdom.  They believe in the power of  food to help your body heal and flourish, all with a slice of  cake on the side!’

This is our introduction episode, just a wee one to say hello and outline all our exciting plans for the coming months. So make sure you head over to our facebook page, leave a review on itunes and stay tuned for news on our launching giveaway!

On our next episode we will be looking at the wonderfully juicy topic of weight loss! Ohhh…

So if you have any questions you would like to see answered then leave them in the comments below or at our facebook page.

Also make sure you get your butt to our facebook page tomorrow for our special launch giveaway! Click here to find out how you can win a whole bundle of wonder supplement from our friends at Simply Supplements. Giveaway opens tomorrow – i.e  7th October 2014!!
