DO YOU KEEP GETTING IN YOUR OWN WAY?
I mean I used to do this all the time and still do if I am not aware of myself. And often they are coming to work with me because they’ve spent YEARS stuck in the very frustrating cycle of:
- REALLY wanting a thing (weight loss, no bloating, better energy, healthier skin – whatever)
- BUT they know their behaviour is creating the opposite.
For example, you really want more energy, you really really do. But your behaviour and habit is to binge on refined sugar, which means you have less energy.
And if we don’t realise it – MOST of us do this and then we blame ourselves for being stuck and not seeing results (??!!)
