​This is a question that comes up a lot with clients.​  People are coming to be exhausted, tired, DONE. They know they maybe need to tackle the diet and run some labs but they have no energy too!!

​Vicious circle – no?

​That is the position this week’s case study client was in. She was burnt out looking after everyone around her but her energy had crashed. She knew a lot about what to eat and healthy eating but was just too tired to implement anything. She knew she needed support and that she  wanted to do something sustainable and knew that editing didnt work (she’d tried in the past!)

But she wanted more energy. She wanted to lose some body fat without editing or harshness.

So that’s what we did and in this week’s podcast episode it’s a LIVE recording with this client as we review her progress after her personalised program.

We talk about emotional eating, how our thoughts impact our habits and how to shift that final chunk of weight she would like to release.†
