How to heal & recover (a 1 year postpartum update) {195}


In this episode, we are talking about the key foundations and pillars to really heal and recover. I’m using these in the context of recovering from giving birth to my twins just over a year ago but what I share would also apply to healing and recovering from long COVID or another viral infection to recovering from burnout, chronic fatigue, a surgery or a series of surgeries that you’ve had or an in-depth medical treatment that you’ve had.

I share with these with you in the context of my own recovery, postpartum journey, but the majority of these things would apply to you if you are looking to recover, heal, get your energy, health, mental health and body back to where you want it to be.
