The two step process I am using to shift my body fat {198}


Today I’m talking about the two step process that I use to shift body fat in both my clients and in my own life right now – I’m looking to shift a little bit of my own body composition and create a bit more muscle and lose a little bit of fat.

I understand that talking about body fat and weight and shifting it can be emotionally triggering but I also feel quite strongly that being empowered around your body means being empowered with the knowledge of how to create the body composition that you want and figure out what works for you.

Yes, it’s great to accept your body as it is because it’s beautiful and worthy, whatever your size and whatever body composition you have, but you should also be empowered to know how your biology works, so that if you want to, you can shift your body composition to however you want it to be.
