In this week’s podcast, we are talking about what your hormonal symptoms mean. What does the heavy bleeding, the lack of period, the sore boobs, the painful cramping, not sleeping, the PMS, what potentially do they all mean?

These are all really common symptoms, but I would argue that they’re not exactly normal. They are your body telling you something. I want to share this with you because your body is incredibly intelligent and it is always communicating with you and our job is to figure it out and listen.

But most of us haven’t been taught that especially when it comes to female hormones and periods, because for the last multiple centuries, we have been shamed about all the things for having a period… And just to point out your period is basically the only reason humanity exists. So, I feel like we should know a little bit more about it.
