I’m going to be sharing the 5 different aspects of the system that we live in that may have made your health difficult to manage so that you can stop beating yourself up, blaming yourself, thinking you should be further than you are, and just start owning where you’re at and have some compassion for that.

Also seeing the wider context of your health can be so permission-giving and can just really help you to understand what’s been going on.

So, this is going to be a really juicy episode. It’s something that I don’t hear anybody else talking about in the health space.

I don’t see this highlighted enough, and it is so impactful to know and understand. It will explain so much about why you are, where you are.
