So, what is the secret to big results? What is the secret behind my client’s big transformation stories?

What allows people to see more results with more speed and more ease?

I’ll tell you… It is regulating your nervous system and learning how to do it and I know that doesn’t sound sexy, but honestly, when you get this, everything changes and becomes easier and you just start to feel better.

Learning to regulate your nervous system is something that I do as a holistic nutritionist, but is really unique to my practice and is so foundational. What you eat matters, but if your nervous system is chronically stressed, if you are in a chronic, sympathetic nervous state, you won’t see the results you want to see.

So, I’m talking about how we do that and what that looks like because when you get this, everything changes.

This is an area that for me has been big. It’s been hard to do and I’m constantly working on it.

But honestly, when I changed this, everything changed.
