It’s also the mistake I see people make the most. They don’t have this foundation. They don’t know this, and therefore they just get busy doing all their healthy eating stuff, see results, get really disappointed and end up just diving headfirst into a tub of ice cream because they haven’t got the right foundation.

This is such an important episode for the start of the year. Whatever change you’re wanting to create in your health, you have to make sure that this foundation is in place.

And it’s really a practice. It’s not a one and done thing. I’ll share with you some of the practical applications of it.
