We’re talking about burnout today. What to do when you just feel exhausted, done, depleted, and just, frazzled for want of a better phrase.
So, we’re going to look at what might be happening in your body in terms of what’s going on in your brain and the hypothalamus and your pituitary and your adrenal axis. Sometimes known as ‘adrenal fatigue’
But we’re going to look at more of what could be actually happening and then look at what you could do.
So, this episode is going to be really helpful even if you’re just feeling slightly burnout or a bit fatigued or even if you’re the other extreme where you are just totally done.
