You don’t need to ‘hope something works’. B You don’t need to ‘hope something works’.

Because often this means you don’t actually KNOW what the problem/s are.

You are just HOPING (and maybe praying) that some diet, fad, supplement or strategy will work.

And look it might be a really good strategy, it might be well-researched, it might have worked for your friend Bob.

Doesn’t mean it will work for you.

The way you move from HOPING - KNOWING is first my figuring out what your root causes are, and what your probelm/s are.

You don’t take a car to the mechanic hoping they fix the brakes, you take it cos they have told you the problem is the brakes and they are applying the right strategy, so you are CONFIDENT you will drive away with a fixed car.

It’s the same with your body.

So notice - where are you ‘hoping’ it will change? Hoping that a smoothie or supplement will help?

Ever wish you could go in a time machine and give yourself some advice?

I would certainly tell my younger self to stop worrying so much about weight and clothes size.

And I would tell myself the REAL reason I had IBS...and tell myself to go work with a holistic nutritionist ASAP (and that it would be the best investment I will ever make!)

IBS completely eroded my self-confidence, self-esteem and limited my life and I was told there was nothing I could do.

And are you ready for TMI?

I was tired, diagnosed depressed, constantly anxious, bloated and pregnant looking every day, had hormonal issues, IBS and chronic diarrhea that often caused incontinence (a bit of a confidence killer no?). Doctors tested me, thinking I had Chron's or Celiac disease but turned out everything was ‘normal’. I was so grateful and frustrated. Everyone told me I was fine but I didn’t feel fine.

But the thing was, I had big dreams but I knew that I couldn’t do that if I was sad, sick and stuck on the loo.

I just wanted to live my life! And my health was getting in the way of that.

So, I decided that I was done with waiting for someone else to create a magic pill to fix me. I was going to heal…I just needed to find out how!

And I started with my GUT.

And to cut a long story short - now age 35 IBS is not a part of my life.

I have also had the joy of helping countless clients leave their own IBS behind and I want to share this with you - IBS, bloating, or digestive issues don't need to rule your life.

I am Kezia Hall - a Holistic Nutritionist & coach - AKA I help women sort out their periods, and their poo and create flatter happier bellies.

And the thing that surprises people the most is that I am a real geek - yes I care, I am friendly but I also know my sh*t (literally) when it comes to your body and biology.

I came to this because I struggled for SO long with my own IBS, bowels, bloating, joint pain, awful periods, chronic fatigue, and mental health issues. I saw how powerful food and holistic medicine were and I am SO GRATEFUL.

After years of pain, fatigue and shame I feel free in my body.
I run up trails and hills, I wild swim, I chase my kids, am learning to deeply rest and switch off, and enjoy food (whether its cake or wine or a smoothie).

I feel better now at 35 than I ever did at 20 and that's after having my twins and my son in 3 years.

I don’t obsess about food, I don't track my portion size or calories or macros. 

I love my periods and whole cycle, I love having x2 boring healthy poos a day and I love my (now stretched-marked) belly.

I am so grateful that I discovered the power of food and holistic medicine - and really what i am saying is that I am so grateful I discovered how powerful I was. 

How powerful my day-to-day choices were in creating the life I wanted.

I am grateful that I realised I could stop tolerating and allowing my own suffering. 

All your symptoms are signals - they are telling you what you need and when you give your body what it needs - it can thrive. (You might reach ‘ perfection’ , but I KNOW you can feel than you do right now!)
