Yes there is a lot of contradictory advice out the Yes there is a lot of contradictory advice out there around food - so let’s keep it simple.
My clients see incredible results not because they apply some very complex way of eating or some ‘secret’ diet. But because they get the basics DOWN.
Simple doesn’t mean less effective, just less overwhelming 😉

 And yes the body is alway detoxing but it can get sluggish or be impaired due to genetic mutations or just overwhelmed by the onslaught of toxins (like plastic, VOC’s, mold, estrogen and heavy metals )

Like another thing to do on your to-do list and you can very easily feel like you don’t have the head space. Where do you begin?⁣

Eat meat, don’t eat meat, eat gluten, don’t eat gluten, eat this, don’t eat this. Everything is very contradictory. So, where do you even begin if you’re already tired, struggling, in pain, bloated, fatigued, burned out, having awful hormones and period or awful menopause, whatever it is.⁣

So, let’s cut some of the crap. This mini episode is about the three things that I would prioritize.⁣

If you do nothing else for your health in the next six months, if you do these things, you will feel better. I repeat, you will feel better.⁣

It might not mean everything in your life gets fixed overnight. Spoiler alerts… there’s not really anything that does that. There is no magical one thing and every single health issue will go away. That’s just not how it works.⁣

Today, I want to give you some simple things to fo Today, I want to give you some simple things to focus on. So, whether you are just wanting to get more energy or whether you are dealing with a really complex health history, where do you begin and what do you focus on?⁣
⁣
I would argue that the place you want to begin is these two things. If you are already jumping to expensive supplements, but you haven’t addressed these two things, it’s a bit of a waste of time.⁣
⁣
If you are, I don’t know juicing celery to the high heavens every day, but you’ve not addressed these two things, or that celery juice isn’t addressing these two things and helping with these two things, then it’s a little bit pointless.⁣
⁣
So, I really want to make sure that the effort and the time that you are putting in to your health and to your eating, whether that’s a small amount of effort and focus, or whether it’s a big priority of yours right now, whatever amount that you are putting in, you are getting a good result out.⁣
⁣
It’s a bit like, the fuel you put in the car or a machine, what you put in is what you’ll get out.⁣
⁣
What I do as a Holistic Nutritionist is make sure that the effort, the time, the food that you put in, gives you big results coming out in terms of energy, health, all that sort of stuff.⁣

And I have to say I’ve made mistakes with these before, especially one of them, which I’ll share with you in this episode.⁣
