Breakfast:
Any form of eggs, bacon, mushrooms and cooked spinach is always a winner (plus scrambled eggs are so quick!) or natural yogurt with layers of seed, nuts + fruit! But if you want to spice things up…
- Ultimate Green Detox Smoothies. Make a big one quickly in the morning and you will sail through to lunch! V
- Peanut Butter Muffins perfect with some natural yogurt. V
- A high protein, grain free Pumpkin Seed Granola mix, served with the milk of your choice.V
- Blueberry Smoothie. Keep frozen blueberries in the freezer so there is always one to hand! V
- Swiss omelette, just use sweet potatoes not normal ones. V
- Baked Oatmeal. You need to leave the gluten free oats over night to soak but look like the perfect Sunday breakfast! V
- Almond & Berry Smoothie. Full of vitamin C and protein. V
Lunch
Soup, salad, vegetable crudities, oatcake, rice cakes and humus are all your lunch time friends! But these are also delicious options. (Remember the easiest and quickest thing to do is make a large batch at the start of the week so you can grab it and go!)
- Butternut, coconut and cayenne soup V
- Green Machine Soup V
- Broccoli & cheddar soup – feel free to just use normal organic cheese for this. V
- Roasted Sprout, butternut and cranberry salad. V
- Pumpkin Bread with some cheese slices is always a favourite!
- Baked Sweet Potato with tune/cheese/homemade beans/butter/leftovers/ almond butter.(Bake potato at 180c for 20-30 mins or microwave for about 4 mins)
- Red Lentil and Sweet Potato Pate V
- Butternut Squash Salad – make a large batch to keep you going all week! V
Dinner
Meat Chilli serve with cauliflower rice or a small bit of brown rice
Crispy chicken wings (this makes stock/broth too!) serve with sweet potato chips and sweet chilli sauce
Refried Beans & Guacamole – vegetarian but protein tastic! V
Fish Pie, creamy pie filled with essential fatty acids! (hello great skin!)
Quinoa Pilaf – vegi friendly, quick and easy V

Honey Mustard Chicken – slow cooker recipe for a quick and easy dinner
Pizza Creamed Spinach – Vitamins packed easy dinner, just use chopped tomatoes for marinera sauce
Drinks
Rooibos Latte – caffeine free and a brilliant way to get fat into your day
Coffee Heaven – milk free and so good for you body
Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate – Like Costa’s but healthier and better!
Homemade Almond Milk – good in teas or on its own.
