 This is where we dive DEEP into your symptoms, energy, health history, medications so that we can create a plan of action that will give you result fast. No more going it alone or trying things that don’t work!  It’s a single consultation over 90 mins where you’ll leave with a clear plan of action so that you can implement it with ease.

• x60-90min one to one consultation with me where we complete a full holistic health assessment so you can know exactly whats going on and what to do to feel good.
• Guidance on any further tests that could be useful (at additional cost, an interpretation not included).
• A unique nutrition and lifestyle protocol to follow.
• Meal plans and recipes.
• Email accountability for the 3 weeks that follow so that you keep making progress.
