 This might surprise you as you may look at me now as a ‘super healthy holistic nutritionist’ but the reason I am so passionate about this work is because I wasted SO MANY YEARS feeling awful.

And it took me a long time to figure out how to ditch my IBS, bloating, bowel incontinence, eczema, period drama, chronic fatigue and joint pain.

Why? Because I had no idea WHAT those symptoms meant (& what my root vcuases were), I got caught in faddy diets rather than learning my unique root causes.

I got caught up in the ‘right way’ to eat rather than the way my body needed me to eat.

I got caught up in fashions and trends rather than understanding the key foundations for how to heal.

But thankfully I have learned, and studied and know better and help my client make incredible progress by just figuring out their ‘ROOT’ unique causes.

Think of me as your health fairy godmother! I’m a Holistic Nutritionist & Coach for Women.

Pre-consultation – You send me lots of information (lab data, food diary, questionnaire)  so I can start researching and figuring our your root causes.


1st Consultation & Holistic Assessment (90mins)- We figure out what is going in, what your symptoms mean and what you need to eat and do to see changes in the next 3-6 weeks.


Follow up Consultation (50mins) – You get sent your ROOT plan of action to keep and have 3 weeks to ask questions, get support and be held accountable.
