This Month is ALL about Self Care over at Nourish. And so I asked my friend Laura Agar Wilson to come and teach us the 6 themes of Self Care and how to get started AND go through habit tracking.
Habit tracking is something that can really help you embed positive behaviour and shifts in habits, and it also provide a supportive structure (without having to count calories or syns!)
