Turmeric Latte - 3 Ways

A super nourishing and healing latte to fight off inflammation.

Ingredients
  

  • BASIC LATTE - WAY 1
  • 250 ml milk coconut, almond, goat, cows etc
  • 1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cardamon pod
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey/coconut sugar/date/stevia
  • pinch salt
  • TURMERIC SPICED MOCHA LATTE - WAY 2
  • in addition to the above basic recipe add
  • 2 tsp organic cocoa/cacao powder
  • GOLDEN MATCHA LATTE - WAY 3
  • in addition to the above basic recipe add
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • IMPORTANT - omit the ginger cardamon and cinnamon spices for this one

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your milk or if using a high powdered blender allow the blender to heat it.
  • Crush cardmon pod and remove seeds.
  • Place all ingredients in blender and belnd until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Notes

Maybe start with just 1/4 tsp turmeric to get used to it and add more if you like it.
