Gluten, Grain and Diary Free Pizza Base

A simple, quick and easy pizza for gluten, grain, dairy free eater.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g tapioca
  • 75 g coconut flour
  • Tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 60 ml oil
  • Tsp oregano
  • 150 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200c. Mix the dry ingredient in a bowl. Then add the oil and mix in, followed by the beaten egg. Then slowly add the water bit by bit until a crumbly dough forms (you may not need all the water or you may need more).
  • Then bring together to form on dough in your hands. Roll out between two sheets of grease proof paper until it is about 1/2 cm in thickness. Place in oven and after 10-15 pull it out and stab a few times with a knife to release air. put back in oven for further 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Then simply add your topping - I use tomato paste, mushrooms, a few handfuls of cheese and i even sneak in some spinach under the cheese!
