Maple Mocha

A quick and easy, energy boosting Maple Mocha !

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml of Coffee hot
  • 2 tbsp 'scoop' of Organic Butter unsalted
  • 2 tbsp 'scoops' Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp 100% Maple Syrup or to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender, or jug for a hand blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Bang the jug on the worktop to remove the bubbles and pour in to you two small mugs or one large mug!

Notes

This make two small or one large coffee. You could use all coconut oil and not butter for a diary free option, it would just taste more coconuty.
