Pecan Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

pecans

organic butter
or coconut oil
1/4
tsp
salt

medjool dates

tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, about 2-4 minutes.
Pour the battery dough into a lined square dish or just onto some grease proof paper alone (as it won't run off the edge) and shape as desired.
The place in the freezer and allow it to set for 30-40 minutes.
Then using a sharp knife cut into squares.
Feel free to drizzle with chocolate or top with whole pecan like in the photos.
Notes
You can also shape these into balls too and cover with some cocoa powder if you want to make some Pecan Fudge Truffles.
