Roast Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Deliciously crisp and moorish Brussel Sprouts - honestly!
Cook Time 40 minutes mins
- 250 g of Brussel Sprouts
- A good pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee/Coconut oil
- 2 Rasher free range bacon/organic
- Handful of dried Cranberries optional
- Organic Cheese optional
Cut the sprouts in half and put in oven dish with the ghee/coconut oil and salt place in oven at 180c for 20 mins turning regularly.
Then chop the bacon and add to dish. Cook for further 20 mins or until bacon is crisp.
Toss in cranberries if desire or top with organic cheddar cheese for a more filling meal.
