Roast Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Deliciously crisp and moorish Brussel Sprouts - honestly!

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g of Brussel Sprouts
  • A good pinch of Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ghee/Coconut oil
  • 2 Rasher free range bacon/organic
  • Handful of dried Cranberries optional
  • Organic Cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sprouts in half and put in oven dish with the ghee/coconut oil and salt place in oven at 180c for 20 mins turning regularly.
  • Then chop the bacon and add to dish. Cook for further 20 mins or until bacon is crisp.
  • Toss in cranberries if desire or top with organic cheddar cheese for a more filling meal.
