Ingredients

handfuls of spinach

tbsp
cocoa powder

tbsp
pumpkin seeds

tbsp
chia seeds
2
tbsp
peanut butter
organic - no sugar added
1/4
tsp
vanilla powder - optional
2
tbsp
gelatin
1
tsp
of stevia
450
ml
of water
or milk of choice
pinch
salt
2
handfuls of ice - optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blender until completley smooth. Drink immediately.
Notes
Option of using 350ml water and 100ml whole milk to increase protein in take.
This serves as one person breakfast/meal or 2 people as a snack.
