High Protein Chocolate Green Smoothie {Fruit Free - Low Fructose!)

The natural solution to your high protein, sugar free smoothie!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter organic - no sugar added
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder - optional
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 1 tsp of stevia
  • 450 ml of water or milk of choice
  • pinch salt
  • 2 handfuls of ice - optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blender until completley smooth. Drink immediately.

Notes

Option of using 350ml water and 100ml whole milk to increase protein in take.
This serves as one person breakfast/meal or 2 people as a snack.
