Sunflower Seed Spread

A nut free alternative to almond or peanut butter


  • 250 g sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 3 tbsp scoops of coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 tbsp raw honey


  • Preheat oven at 180c and place sunflower seeds in there for 20minutes to toast slightly. Remove when a slightly golden colour.
  • Allow to cool and then place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth - this will take about 5-10 minutes.
  • Store in sterilised jar.
