Turmeric Chai Milkshake

A simple and tasty way to get all the benefits of turmeric into your body. Diary sugar and gluten free.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp organic turmeric
  • 1 tsp gram masala
  • 2 dates
  • pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend in blender for about 1 minute or until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

Use quality gram masala. I used an organic ones containing cumin, cassia, coriander, cardamon, clove and nutmeg. But some mixes will have chilli in so vary amount according to taste.
