Chocolate Pots

The quickest, easiest + healthiest pot of chocolate you can find anywhere! Its GAPS + SCD legal and grain/gluten free!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Butternut Squash cooked
  • 3-4 heaped tbsp Cocoa Powder depending on how dark you want it
  • 12 tbsp Natural Yogurt/Kefir
  • 1 Organic Egg Yolk
  • 2 - 3 tbsp of Raw Honey
  • 2 Drops Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Gelatine
  • Berries to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Blend cooked butternut squash until smooth.
  • Add all the other ingredients and bend until smooth.
  • Taste to see if you want to add more honey/cocoa/vanilla.
  • Pour into some little pots (ramekins, teacups, mugs) and smooth the tops.
  • The place in fridge to set for about 15-20mins.
  • Use berries to decorate then serve.

Notes

You could make it more decadent by using soured cream instead of yogurt or serve it with soured cream on top.
If you want to make it posher why not place some hidden raspberries at the bottom of the pot or add a dash or you favourite liqueur? I am sure Rum Chocolate Pots would be delicious...
