Last week I gave you a few natural tricks to get your hormones playing ball (obviously not literally that would be weird) and this week I share with you a few more herbs, teas and foods to focus on to eat to balance your body.
Now I am sharing with you quite a lot of information but , as always, its best to focus on one small change (like starting to add tsp of maca powder to you daily diet) then try to do all of these at once. And of course the main, most beneficial thing you can do is eat a natural, whole, unprocessed, vegetable rich diet, no amount of supplement will ever beat this.
