Why do slimming clubs and diets work and why do people keep going back to them?
We’re going to be looking at what essential needs these slimming clubs, diets and programs are meeting so that you can kind of take some of the good out of what is essentially a deeply flawed, oppressive system and apply them so that you can create success in your health, in your eating, in your relationship with food and your body.
If you didn’t know, I joined my first slimming club when I was age 11. So, I’ve got a good amount of experience of brainwashing, of the structure of these clubs and of how they work.
Plus, I’ve had so many clients coming to me who have been in that cycle of joining slimming clubs on and off every few years – so let’s dive into what you need to make peace with your plate, body and how to shift unwanted body fat.
