You should get your first email for week 1 in your inbox within the next 30 mins.
Then over the next 4 weeks, you will get an email every few days. If you have activated the program on a Wednesday then you will get a new module every Wednesday, if you’ve activated it on a Sunday then Sunday will be when you get a new module and meal plan delivered.
Remember though you can access the Flourish Academy Resource Library HERE which has everything you need (use the password iambeautiful )
