  1. I haven’t ditched cardio, as I am training for a few races, but I have cut down a lot and increased my weight sessions instead and I am much happier because of it.

  2. Since cutting back on cardio I’ve noticed far more energy, better sleep and if anything I found I got leaner, especially in the belly region! Balancing hormones is something I’m working on right now myself, so I’m really looking forward to your series. Thanks Kezia!

    • Yay that’s so good! I am definitely getting leaner – but for me it’s my squishy hips !!
