Sleep & Your Health is episode 8 from my Happy Health Chat podcast channel!

I LOVE listen to podcasts. I do it in the car, at the gym or whilst cooking dinner and it is a great way to get inspired and learn new information. So if you haven’t already make sure you subscribe and leave us a review on iTunes, so you can get us on your phone and share this with all of your friends 😉

This week we are talking sleep and I have wanted to blog about this for ages as it is so important. You can be eating as healthy as you like but if you skimp on sleep then you reap what you sow. BUT we all have season in life when sleep is tricky having babies like Laura or like me when I used to work night shifts – so we are here to share our top tips making the most of your sleep.

Laura mentions this post in the podcast and let me know any comment or tips you have in the comments below.

Also just to give you the heads up this weekend I will be running a 3 day only offer and everyone subscribed to my wellness tribe will get the first heads up so make sure you sign up here.

But otherwise enjoy, make sure you have signed up for my green smoothie challenge and let me know your top sleeping tips!

  1. I love that you have an eye mask too! I can’t sleep without mine now either. I’m in bed before 10 these days and then up at 5.45 for meditation and a spot of yoga, but it’s so lovely to feel refreshed after sleep. I’m a morning person and I can’t go to bed later than 10.30!

Thought your chat re: exercise was also really interesting – I’ve been realising lately that slower is better and have started walking instead of running, and doing Pilates instead of fast Vinyasya yoga! It takes a bit of getting used to but I think it’s better in the long run.

    Great podcast guys 🙂 x
