Feel free to batch make several loaves and then slice and freeze for easy GF toast – with all the random ultra processed ingredients!

Easy Gluten Free Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams FREEE Brown Bread Flour Use this specific flour - https://www.freee-foods.co.uk/product/gluten-free-brown-bread-flour-1kg/
- 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed/linseeds
- 2/3 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dried yeast
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Warm milk to skin temperature. Do not boil.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Mix all the wet ingredients and add the dry ingredients to it and mix.
- It will form a thick batter rather than a dough.
- Pour into a bread tin, cover with a large mixing bowl and leave to rise for 45-60 mins.
- Then place in the cook at 180c for 35-40 mins.
Notes
- I have not tried this with any other flour.
- You can easily swap the flaxseeds for mixed seed of choice
