So today I am just sharing on something that has bothered me for quite a while.
It is something that you may not agree with and it does go against the healthy eating norm.
I think comfort eating is a good and healthy thing.
Its is a part of life. I would be a big fat liar if I pretended that as a health coach i never comfort ate or used food to celebrate to commiserate. I did it just last night after running my first public webinar – I ate one of my carrot cake muffins (recipe coming next week – they are SO good!) with a cup of tea to say yay me while watching Great British Bake Off reruns. Yes my life is THAt exciting.
