When I tell people what I do for a living and that I am a health coach and all about using food as medicine, I often get an immediate run down of people’s diets. (As well as people trying to sneak away that Twix or cake they are eating into their back pocket …before I promptly tell them I have a whole recipe ebook all about chocolate, brownies, and sweets. I am down with the treats!)


They rattle off their whole grain choices, lack of fat and their calories intake (well ok only a few people tell me their calories intake!) but I am rarely impressed.
