This is a phrase that I hear often when it comes to my online nutrition practice, clients will tell me that they’ve tried ditching dairy/sugar/wheat/gluten/whatever and it’s not helped their IBS/PCOS/weight/energy. And sometimes this is 100% the case – food intolerances aren’t the be-all and end-all BUT they are often important.
And after further investigation, it turns out that the client hasn’t approached food intolerances in the right way at all. And they’ve made mistakes when it comes to figuring out if they have a food intolerance or not. So that is what this episode is about.
