Coffee Body Scrub – Beat Cellulite Naturally

Yes I will confess despite all my healthy chat I am in fact a coffee addict.
Although I may not consume it regularly now, I still count myself as one so to not be lulled into a false sense of freedom. It all began when I lived in Italy for 6 months and I discovered amazing espresso and preceded to drink it everyday, perhaps twice a day.

Then to further cement my caffeine problem I then helped open and manage artisan coffee house, which sold my personal favourite coffee – Monmouth.
However my body did not love it,  especially my adrenal glands but more on that another time, so now it is an occasional treat and always decaf via the Swiss Water method which means no chemical nasties.
