I feel like everyone I speak to is tired. And after working with hundreds of women and some men, over various health issues – the common factor is that everyone is tired. Obviously to differing degrees but people are tired. They’ve tried going to bed earlier, they’ve tried exercising harder – but they still feel tired.
So today I am diving into part one and looking at WHY you might be tired, what could be going on in your body.
