Binge eating is something that comes up time and time again when I start working with clients. Embarrassing confessions of secret eating, eating until overfull, and all the guilt and shame and follows the binge eating cycle.

And I used to be stuck in it too. I felt trapped and totally mystified at how other people seemed to be able to eat cake or dessert, enjoy it and move on. When I would be thinking about ways to have a 2nd or 3rd portion and simultaneously feel so much disgust with myself for being so obsessed with food!

If any of this is familiar then this is the episode for you. And I can guarantee this WON’T be like anything else you’ve listened to when it comes to emotional eating or binge eating.
