WHY OH WHY AM I BLOATED, STRUGGLING WITH MY BELLY, AND HAVE WEIRD/EMBARRASSING BOWEL HABITS??

This was a question I asked myself MANY times. So many times and unfortunately I was told there was no reason for it and to just deal with it.

And while I am/was so grateful that I didnt have a serious diagnosis (every Dr was sure I had celiacs disease or Chrons – but the many tests I did always came back negative thankfully) I was still in pain and struggling every day.

Was it in my head?

Was I being a wuss and over-dramatic?

Did everyone just struggle with this level of pain, embarrassment, and diarrhea and I just missed the memo?

Turns out there were MANY reasons why I struggled.
