In this week’s episode, I’m talking about how to deal with low motivation, feeling sluggish and tired and this tension that happens when you really want something and you really are clear on the goal that you have yet, you cannot seem to do anything to actually get there or maintain anything.

Then you just end up in this cyclical dieting loop knowing what you want but, but it’s all very on and off.
Specifically with this client’s story that I’m sharing with you today, we’re looking at body fat, body recomposition and low motivation and we’re also talking about man, Ooh, whoa. Let’s dive in.
