I know I know. The word DETOX can make you think of expensive teas that are just horrid laxatives, useless pill or drinks, or just an excuse to have really disordered eating with the ‘acceptable’ label of ‘detox’.

I get it.

But I also get the nutritional science behind it. I understand our natural detoxification pathways and how and WHY we need to support them. Why is crucial that we support them if we want to balance our hormones, support our energy, clear our skin and prevent future disease.
