Today I am rennoucing all coffee snobbery.
You see I am one of those people who likes their coffee at a specific temperature, like it to be ideally single origin and organic, and can tell when someone has burnt the milk (such a waate!). But today, for this recipe only I am repenting of my coffee pride.
I am also a total sucker for good branding and package design so when I saw an organic decaf instant coffee with the coolest packaging well I just had to buy it. And to my surprise it is actually pretty good stuff and even better in this Brazilian Iced Mocha Recipe!
Plus I have been learning over the past month to be kind to myself. Sure I can roast grind and brew my own organic coffee and yes they may be the most natural way to make it but I can also get really good quality instant one too. Being healthy is not about being strict with ‘rules’ its about freedom and peace. Hence the instant coffee 😉
And because we are hitting the full throws of summer it is officially iced coffee season so this Brazilian Iced Mocha is your perfect summer garden accessory.
I used brazil nut milk as I am having a nut milk section in my upcoming Simple Green Smoothies eBook (just a the editors now – eek!!) so I had lots left over and brazil milk add a lovely flavour to the mocha. But you can you can use any nut milk you fancy, almond milk would also be fab and you can get the recipe here otherwise grab my eBook when it comes out next week to get tons of great nut and seed milk recipes.
So if you haven’t signed up to joined the thousands of other in the Super Naturally Heathy tribe then do it now as they will be getting first glimpse of my new eBook, plus I send out freebies, recipes, top tips to make you feel awesome every freakin week! It takes 2 second so sign up here!
