This is part 3 of the series all about how to make your periods your superpower – which sounds awesome right?

BUT if your periods are painful, heavy, and reduce your quality of life then that is hardly a superpower. So in order to utilise the power, wisdom and gift that our cycle is, we need to first bring balance and healing to it.

And the 3 common issues I see with clients this part of the cycle is:

  • heavy periods -leading to flooding, anemia and reduce the quality of life
  • pain and sickness
  • no period at all 

 So what can you do about it? Well, that’s what we chat about more in the show!
