One topic that I don’t think gets talked about enough is preconception care. AKA – preparing for a healthy pregnancy and baby. Preparing for your pregnancy can be such a beneficial thing for you to do not just from a conception perspective but also in terms of setting yourself and your baby up for ‘success’.
And like most things in life – there is so much we can’t control in the world of baby-making – right? BUT that doesn’t mean there is nothing we can do.
Healthy mum = healthy baby is the saying repeated once a baby is born but this is probably even more important when it comes to preconception care in my books.
Think about it – baby-making is replicating your DNA and body – so you want the healthiest ‘template or blueprint’ you can possibly have! And I am sharing exactly how in this episode.
